Pricing and processing options

Pricing depends on the services selected, the formation state, the processing option chosen, and any applicable government or third-party fees. We may offer more than one internal processing option, including standard or expedited handling, depending on the service. Any timeline shown by Register Your LLC refers to our internal processing and preparation time unless we clearly state otherwise. Government turnaround times are separate and vary by agency and state.

How orders and charges may be grouped

Some products may be grouped together for operational or billing purposes, while others may be charged separately. For example, the state registration charge, a post-formation package, and registered agent service may appear as separate charges or order groupings depending on when the service is billed and when fulfillment can begin.

Fulfillment timing for optional services

Some optional services may be purchased during the initial checkout flow but will not move into fulfillment immediately. Certain post-formation services depend on state registration or formation approval before work can begin. In some cases, customers may still be able to complete forms in advance, but the service will not move into filing or provider fulfillment until the required milestone is reached.
