Cancellation and Refunds
When to request a cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@registeryourllc.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status, the services selected, the work already performed, and whether government or third-party costs have already been incurred.
Full money-back eligibility
We provide a full money-back guarantee if you request to cancel your order and we have not yet completed the application review and made payment to any government entity or third party.
Partial refund situations
If a cancellation request is received after work has started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the nature of your order and our progress in completing it.
- Application review may already be in progress or complete
- Document preparation or order handling may already have started
- Optional services may already be moving through fulfillment steps
- Third-party coordination or service setup may already have taken place
When refunds are no longer available
Once payment has been forwarded to any government entity or third party on your behalf, we cannot accept any cancellations, refund requests, or any other changes to an order.
- Government filing fees, state fees, taxes, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once submitted, paid, or committed on your behalf
- Completed, provisioned, activated, or fulfilled services may not be eligible for refund
Recurring and optional services
Optional and recurring services may follow separate billing and fulfillment timing. Canceling a recurring service generally stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billed term unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Register Your LLC.
Refund review and processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase unless that is not possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider or financial institution.
